I have had the misfortune to deal with iDrive now on a couple of occasions through other affiliates. On all occasions I have needed to complain about the company due to reports of fraudulent actions by them from affiliates They do not respond to data requests in a timely manner and will not answer queries sent to them. This has cost us a significant amount of time and energy to the point that I will actively look to disassociate myself with them as far as possible as I do not want them to ruin my excellent reputation through their unprofessional and shoddy ways of working.

We really enjoy working with idrive. Their pricing and tracking always seem to be above the competition. If we do have issues they always respond quickly and make sure that we are compensated. We continue to do more and more with them each month and I highly recommend them!
