Affluent

We were contacted by Tony Tang at Fluent. He confirmed placement of our postback on a CPE event. Then decided to try and frame those as not E events but installs. Since we were asked for only 1 postback and he confirmed twice over email that our postback was placed to fire on the E we delivered 235 E conversions in 3 days. Then he started asking US for cost reporting. Now, he's trying to avoid paying for the E events delivered and clearly is incompetent in using Appsflyer. Tony is an Ex Machine Zoner-which is telling. Don't run Fluent campaigns unless you're paid in advance so you don't end up losing publishers as we have due to the incompetence.

I have worked with Fluent and they are Great! Tracey and Tim are always very responsive and helpful. They have fought hard for us in rare situations when advertiser's don't pay and we have reached mutually beneficial solutions in tough situations.

Affluent Network, A Division of Fluent, Inc. delivered thousands of dollars in incent traffic to a non-incent campaign and directly cost us our advertiser relationship and a large sum of money that we are still owed. Stay weary of Affluent, they are known to us for violating campaign restrictions and avoiding full responsibility for their actions. Stay far away from these crooks!
