We worked with Viral (or attempted to) a few years ago and found they scrubbed a lot of leads, due to many of the offers in question were being Incentivized, there was hundreds of proofs of sign-ups given to our AM here and basically all it came to is we will submit them and see.. There was obviously shadyness going on however as we split test and ran 5-6 of the exact campaigns at competitor networks and everything converted normally. I know of 3-4 other companies who had the same experience with Viral. Too bad as everything looked good until we found this going on. I would not advise working with them. I sure hope they've changed their ways since then.
