Matomy has delayed our payment with no reason for 3 months. Till now we're still waiting for the payment of August, not even to mention September and Octorber. We should get our payment in September and it's nearly 2018 and We're still waiting. Our AM has sent mails to finance team and told me everytime finance people promised to pay however their promises are totally bu*****t. We still got no payment.

My name is Richard, i have been working with matomy for several months, but i haven't get my payment yet. I know this payment delay was because i was unable to fill my wire info in system, so i ask my account manager for help. I wrote them again and again, but they barely replied. I am tired of waiting their help and lost my trust for them. I am just telling the truth here. Wish someone can get back to me asap

Matomy is definitely an awesome network with high reputation, there's no doubt that most of the affiliate marketers in this industry want to join Matomy, and i am just one of them. I've submitted my application info for a long time,but there was no one get back to me to handle the account approval process, so i post here and hope someone can get back to me asap. I am in love with Matomy. It's truly awesome. There are excellent offers always. No problem to receive payment, they pay regularly without any issues. I have attached two images. I don't earn huge, because my traffic source is not too effective. Planning to run paid traffic soon. Only one problem with their support team; my account manager is too busy ): always, I never get quick reply. However, I will surely give 5 stars for its all other exclusive features. Thanks Barak Wolnerman, my account manager!

I am one of Matomy affiliates,i had an account in this network about one month ago.I also applied some campaigns on the dashboard,but there is nobody get these campaigns approved!!! It's been one month! I tried to contact this network,but no reply at all!

I write here because nobody of Matomy Market answers and i hope that someone let me know something. My account id is 393691. I'm sending different email with no answer about the payment and other things that i'd like to know. I confirmed the invoice this tuesday but i didn't receive the payment on Thursady as is written in their payment terms. I really don't understand what i have to do to get an answer. I received the other payments with no problem but the support doesn't exist. I send email to all their email and nothing...that's incredible. If they don't answer and if if it's possible, i'll put here the invoice approved this tuesday...

I can enter in my account only with opera turbo. I tried with other browser but it seems that the site works only with opera turbo! I told them for this problem but no reply about it. However it's not the first time that i have to send different emails to get an answer about my balance that is always in pending to get a payment. They told me that i'll be paid on the next payment cycle. I repeat is a good network but doesn't always reflect the conditions of the advertiser. I tell this because it happened! I do not want to criticize but often happens that they don't answer!

It's a good network with many campaigns. Hovewer are different days that i can't go in my account 'cause the site doesn't load. Also other people get this problem?
