I strongly advise against using dPartners' services as a publisher. We wanted to promote desktop game offers with them, but unfortunately we lost them due to their traffic. Placements are a fraud farm that doesn't even have visiting users. Additionally, traffic looks motivated. Attempting to explain the steps we are taking ends in threatening lawyers. Pure scam.
